We want you to shop with complete confidence at HyperDoll. That’s why we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all unused items (excluding customized dolls). If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Custom Doll Orders

Cancellation Policy:

  • Within 24 hours: FREE cancellation with full refund
  • After 24 hours: 20% cancellation fee applies (80% refund issued) due to production start

    • Full name
    • Email address

Modification Policy:

  • Within 24 hours: FREE modifications
  • After 24 hours: $20-$100 modification fee may apply due to manufacturing start
  • Email support@hyper-doll.com with order number and requested changes

 

Returns & Refunds

Eligible Returns:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Valid proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized dolls (unless faulty or damaged)
  • Used or opened intimate products for hygiene reasons
  • Products damaged by misuse or normal wear

Refund Processing

  • Full purchase price refunded (minus return shipping if applicable)
  • Original shipping costs non-refundable unless product defective

Missing Items

Multiple Shipments: Products may ship in separate packages for safety and size reasons.
